Ninis Siraman Ceremony

It’s always great to see a wedding held in traditional Javanese ceremony. It starts from “Siraman” (taking a bath) which symbolize parents to prepare their daughter stepping into new life: with her own family. Touching, beautiful and grand. Here are some pictures from the event.

Family Weekend in Jogja!

This weekend the big family of Mintardjo is spending time in Jogja, attending our cousin’s wedding. Will be a fully-loaded happy weekend! Yeay!

Mandatory Visit to SGPC Bu Wiryo

Visiting SGPC Bu Wiryo is mandatory for me. So this morning, shortly after arriving in Jogja, I took the whole Kresnadi family (except Mas Oyi’s family who will arrive on next flight) for breakfast. Alhamdulillah.

The New House is Ready

Glad to see the new property I bought 2 years ago have been completely built. Located near the massive ICE Convention Center at BSD, the small cluster is known as Regentown.  I plan to turn this as boarding house for students, or perhaps Aya’s temporary shelter is she choose to study at Prasetiya Mulya University…
