Playing at the Hyde Park

Our hotel, Sydney Marriott, is just across a big public park named Hyde Park. Public spaces like this are rarely found back home in Jakarta, so we love to spend some time between our trips to entertainment places. Rafif, especially finds Hyde Park is ideal to fly his new R/C helicopter.

Officially in Sydney

Visiting Sydney will not complete until you take a picture with the world-famous Opera House. That’s what we did this afternoon, chilling in Sydney Harbour area, and took picture in front of the city landmark. Life is good. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.

Big Red Kangaroo

It’s nothing sort of amusing watching big red kangaroos jumping freely in Sydney Wild World, Darling Harbour. The ones we saw at Featherdale Wildlife Park were “babies” in size compared to this. They are really unique animals. Love to see them again and again.

Shopping in Sydney Paddy’s Market

No other place in Sydney that beats the price and wealth of choices for shopping souvenirs. We had great time shopping in this market and got bags of souvenirs to bring back home. Mission: Souvenirs is considered done 🙂
