Alhamdulillah bisa sholat shubuh pagi ini di Masjidil Aqso. Berjalan dari hotel jam 4, menelusuri kota tua Jerusalem. Gerbang masuk pelataran masjid baru dibuka jam 04.30, dan adzan subuh dikumandangkan pukul 05.05. Sholat subuh dilakukan di Masjid Kubah Hitam di dalam kompleks Masjidil Aqso. Everybody is so friendly, and we have a really great time.

Finally Here We Are: Masjidil Aqso at Jerusalem
After successfully passed the long, strict and multiple checkpoints of Israel immigration, we’re finally arrived at the much-controversy state. Our main agenda of today was, of course, visiting Masjidil Aqso, with its Dome of the Rock and Wailing Wall. Had very insightful guide from our tour guide actually, but I’ll save that for another time…

Amazing Ancient City of Petra
Finally after 3+ hours drive from Amman, we arrived at Petra, one of the seven new wonders of the world (Click link for more stories and pics) It’s an old ancient city built on rock formation since 2000 years BC, highly intelligent and artistic architecture.

We continue our Umroh trip to Amman, Jordan. And today we visit Jordan’s most popular destination: Petra.
