Another round of ‘bukber’ (fasting break)! Today it’s with alumni of Andersen / Ernst & Young, great firms we used to work before. With this bunch of colleagues, you can be assured you’ll get hard work and fun at the same time!

‘Bukber’ SIF Alumni

Well, the first of many ‘buka bersama’ (fasting break) has started. This one is for the alumni of Singapore International Foundation (SIF) Asean Visiting Student Fellowship Program. During the dinner, we discussed about our charity foundation and also some fund-raising activities, including the book project which I took part as contributor.

Tausiah After Dhuhr

Every Monday and Thursday, my office Ramadhan Committee hold a short tausiah after dhuhr. I attend this first session in this year’s Ramadhan.

Family Tilawah and Tauziah

Today we started our weekly session of ’tilawah’ and ‘tauziah’, inviting an ustadz to guide is to be a better moslems. Pictured, are the kids who seem to enjoy their session. It is very peaceful to hear Quran recitals coming from the voice of our children. Insya Allah barokah. Amin.

First Tarawih is Always Packed

This is like a repost. Last year exactly the same time (first tarawih), I posted the same post with same title. How long can these prayers hold on in this mosque? Based on experience, 4-5 days, max 1 week 🙂
