No trip to Belitung is complete without a sip of Mie Atep. Or at least that’s how they say.

But I guess they’re right. This traditional and historical delicacy of Belitung doesn’t disappoint. Mixture of sweet and spicy (if you add a bit of chilli) and the crunchy of the ’emping’ give you a balanced, good taste. Nice.
