Time to leave this guy in Singapore, after two weeks helping him to settle in the new environment.

“It will be lonely”, is what he said when I’m about to board the cab to airport.

Yeah it won’t be the same back home dek. When you always have house to go home to. When you always have the cats to accompany you when no one is around. When everybody is speaking the same language and laughing at the same jokes.

But after a while, you’ll adjust. You’ll have close friends. You’ll start to love this city as I did back then.

And anyway, Jakarta is only 2 hours flight. Faster than train to Bandung or (sometimes) commuting to Depok ☺️
