This Thursday we took the opportunity to do shaum in Medina. To complete our ibada in first days of Dzulhijah.

Since it’s also the moment when we completed our Arbain (to pray in masjid jamaah for uninterrupted 40 times), I and Ubai felt we should go to special place for dinner.

For the past few days, I’ve been eyeing to Arabesque restaurant. An in-hotel restaurant of Shad Medina. Which has top ratings for reataurant in Medina.

When we came to the restaurant at Mezzanine floor, unfortunately we were told the restaurant was full, and we’re asked to go to 12th floor, where they’re also operating.

At first, we were hesitant, but finally we gave it a go.

And luckily, that was the best decision. As once we arrived at 12th floor, we could pick the best table. One beside the big window with a view of beautiful and majestic Masjid Nabawi in sight. We couldn’t believe our luck.

And to top of it, the restaurant served excellent buffet. It’s Pakistani dishes. The salad, mixed grill and dessert are delightful. And the service is second to none.

We’re very happy with our last evening in Medina. It’s an excellent dinner which suit the very special moment. Alhamdulillah.
