This year’s HR Offsite was held in Hotel Dharmawangsa Jakarta, involving only HR Leadership Team for more intense and focused discussion.

I was asked again to facilitate this time around. And I can say it was pretty successful and fun day. We had productive discussions, and crystalized our thinking going to Bali for Senior Management Offsite next week.
