After the first Farewell Golf in June, Gila Golfers are reunited again for a farewell golf game for Pak Sumit Dutta.

Pak Sumit is finishing his term as HBID CEO, hence he invited us, HSBC and HSBC Alumni golfers for a golf tournament.

We played at Damai Indah Golf, BSD, after getting very good deal for Saturday morning round. We played stroke play format off real handicap.

In total there were 16 golfers which made up exactly four flights. I played with Sumit, Blake and Anurag. Although I played decent round, but some mistakes cost me of getting prizes. I scored 2 over handicap, and ended up in 5th place.

But as consolation, I won (brace yourself) “Best Dress” trophy. And to add to that, our flight won “Best Group Photo” competition as well. Hahaha.

A very fun and enjoyable golf round amongst great friends. As Pak Sumit said in his speech, “we should keep this going!”
