It’s rainy night in Semarang, but it doesn’t stop us to take a bit of drive to memorable streets of Pleburan, Singosari and Simpang Lima. It doesn’t stop Elok to take a picture in the famous landmark of Semarang too 🙂

City Tourist Attraction: Water Well
Apparently traditional water well fascinates these city kids. They never see it, let alone to know how it works. So when they found one in Tegalsari (our mother’s birthplace), they were really interested to see Mbak Wiek demonstrated how to get water from down below 🙂

Last Pit Stop Before Semarang
We made our last stop before heading to Semarang: to do our dhuhur and ashar prayer in gas station between Tegal and Pekalongan, 180km west side of Semarang. Here Rafif and Ezra posed before we continue our trip.
Lunch at RM Sakinah, Tanjung
We stopped for lunch in RM Sakinah, Tanjung (near Brebes), serving a famous lamb satay, complete with traditional tea known as “The Poci”.
