Tonight I and Elok watch “Matah Ati”, an opera performance featuring traditional javanese dance performance packed in modern lighting and sound effect.

Choreographed by Jay Subiyakto, the whole performance was extraordinary, showing us the proof that traditional javanese dance can live and strive in new millennium, preserving legacy for the current group of audience.
