I had pleasant experience in replacing the stolen driving license at Kantor Pengurusan SIM, Daan Mogot. Committed with the “clean government” intention, they forbid “calos” (the middle men) to enter the premise, hence I need to arrange this myself.

Learning from the tip from internet, I came very early at 8 am, and guess what, I completed all process in less than an hour! Everybody is very friendly, it was cheaper and the whole process did not break a sweat. Way to go Pak Polisi!!
