It’s What They Brought to Our Lives that Makes Them Special

The farewell gift, the farewell zoom, the farewell mini lunch

“It’s not the length of time we knew someone that makes them so special. It’s what they brought to our lives”

Sandra King, A Life of Bright Ideas

When I joined this bank, I thought I would had an enriching career in a bank that is primed to sponsor World Cup 2022.

The first part of my expectation was duly fulfilled. I worked with a great team and we accomplished a lot in 1.5 years.

The latter part was the other perk I hoped to experience, as I’m an avid football fan. But it’s not meant to be. I have to attend a greater call in the middle of journey.

But I will be cheering from the outside. For the success of my team, the bank, and the World Cup.

Thank you team. I’m forever grateful. See you around.

A little memento for my friends
