Singapore is never short of ideas creating public space and tourist attraction. One of their latest creation is “Gardens at Bay”, a cultural-themed botanical garden next to Marina Bay Sands, where people can just go and sit in the garden for free, marvel the beautiful yet artificial scenery. We were lucky to be here just about the time they had the evening lights and sound effects performance (every 7.45 and 8.45 pm). Nice.
